Return Policy
Overview
We want you to be confident buying from us. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right. Our return window is 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
What we accept returns on
We accept returns on items that are:
— Uninstalled and unmodified (universal/fab parts that have been cut, welded, bent, or otherwise modified cannot be returned — this is standard in the fab parts industry)
— In the same condition as received
— Returned within 30 days of delivery
If a part arrives defective or damaged in shipping, we will replace it or refund it in full — no questions asked, regardless of whether it has been modified.
What we do not accept returns on
— Parts that have been cut, notched, welded, or modified in any way (unless defective)
— Items returned after 30 days
— Parts where the wrong item was ordered due to incorrect vehicle or fitment information provided by the buyer — we strongly encourage you to message us to confirm fitment before ordering
How to start a return
Contact us before sending anything back. Reach out via email with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Please do not ship items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns may be refused.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was defective or we made an error on the order.
Our commitment
We're a small operation and we actually care about your experience. If something goes wrong, reach out directly — we'd rather fix a problem than lose a customer. Most issues get resolved with a quick message.
Shipping Policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping carriers & transit times
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size, weight, and destination. Carrier is selected at our discretion to ensure reliable delivery.
Estimated domestic transit times after processing:
— Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
— Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout where offered)
Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control are not our responsibility, though we will always help you track down a delayed package.
Order tracking
All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking information within 4 business days of ordering, contact us and we'll look into it.
Shipping damage
We package all orders carefully, but damage during transit does occasionally happen. If your order arrives damaged:
1. Take photos of the packaging and the damaged item before opening fully
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
3. We will file a carrier claim and send a replacement or issue a refund
Do not discard the original packaging until the claim is resolved — carriers require it for the claim process.
Lost packages
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please first check around your property and with neighbors, then contact your local post office or carrier with the tracking number. If the package cannot be located within 5 business days of the delivery scan, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
International shipping
We ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. Message us your location and what you're looking to order before purchasing — we'll confirm shipping availability and cost. International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes assessed by their country.
Local pickup
Local pickup is available by appointment. If you're in the Central Minnesota area and prefer to pick up your order, reach out before placing your order and we'll arrange a time.
